The Origins of Mosha:
My partner created these teas for me during a time I was really struggling. PMS had its grip on me every single month and I had accepted it as my normal, the way most women do. I did not realise anyone was paying close enough attention to want to change that.
But Preetam was paying attention. Quietly, without saying a word, he spent months studying my cycle. He asked how I was feeling each day and I thought nothing of it, just conversation, just him being caring. What I did not know was that he was collecting data, tracking my patterns, mapping the four phases of my body with a level of dedication I could not have imagined.
At the same time he went deep into ancient medicine, studying African plant wisdom, South American shamanic traditions, and Ayurveda. He spent hours researching and sourcing raw ingredients from around the world, learning which herbs spoke to which phase of a woman's cycle and why. Then he began blending them himself, quietly, in the background of my life, building something entirely out of love.
We had been apart for two months when I finally saw him again, that evening he handed me a black box. Inside were four handcrafted tea blends, each one made for a different phase of my cycle, alongside a tea strainer and a complete yoni steam kit, all of it wrapped with such care and intention that I sat there completely speechless. The depth and love within the gift took me days to process.
The moment I started drinking the teas and feeling the shift in my body, something in me just knew. I kept saying it out loud, to him, to my friends, to anyone who would listen — every woman needs these teas, this is medicine, this is how medicine should be.
So that is what we built. Mosha is that box, recreated with the same love, the same precision, and the same devotion, sent to every woman in the world who deserves to feel this deeply supported in her own body. It started as one act of love and now it belongs to all of us.
