1. Wellness Disclaimer
Mosha products are intended for general wellness support.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional before
use.

2. Ingredient Responsibility
All ingredients are clearly listed.
By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed the ingredient list and accept responsibility for
checking allergies or sensitivities.

3. Age Requirement
Products are sold to individuals aged 16 years or older.

4. Orders & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
• Block high-risk countries or payment methods
• Request verification where necessary
Fraudulent disputes will be formally challenged.
Customers engaging in fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned.

5. Digital Content
If digital content (including QR-linked materials) is accessed, you waive your statutory right to cancel that digital portion of the product.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, product design, branding, guides, and materials are owned by GSPS Rooted LTD.
Trademark applications are pending.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
GSPS Rooted LTD shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit
• Emotional distress
• Misuse of products
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
