Ingredients

Menstrual Phase: Ginger(cut), turmeric(cut), cinammon chips, rose petals.

Follicular Phase: Sencha green tea, lemon balm, peppermint.

Ovalatory Phase: Hibiscus, rose petals, raspberry leaf.

Luteal Phase: Chamomile, rooibos, lavendar.

Steeping Instructions

For the best flavour and maximum benefit from the herbs, steep your Mosha tea for 5–10 minutes in freshly boiled water. Cover your cup while it steeps — this keeps the essential oils from the herbs in your cup rather than escaping into the air.

A shorter steep (5 minutes) gives a lighter, more delicate cup. A longer steep (closer to 10 minutes) draws out a richer, more potent brew. Trust your palate and your ritual.
