A time for rest, reflection, and inward attention. Hormones are at their lowest. Your body is asking you to slow down.

Inner Spring

Follicular

6 – 13

Energy and optimism begin to rise. Oestrogen climbs steadily, bringing clarity, creativity, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Inner Summer

Ovulatory

14 – 16

Your peak. Hormones are at their highest — energy, confidence, and connection follow. A brief but powerful window.

Inner Autumn

Luteal

17 – 28

Progesterone takes over. Energy gradually recedes, sensitivity increases. A season for completing, not beginning.
