REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
1. Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Customers must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a refund:
• Items must be unopened
• Items must be unused
• Packaging must remain sealed
• Product must be returned in full

Customers are responsible for return postage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Opened consumables (teas or supplements)
• Used products
• Digital content once accessed
• Items without original packaging
4. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Photo evidence must be provided
• We may require packaging images
If carrier damage is confirmed, we will replace or refund accordingly.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Processing may take up to 14 days from receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Subscription Model (Future Use)
When Mosha introduces subscriptions:
• Minimum recommended commitment: 3 months
• 30 days’ notice required for cancellation
• Payments falling within notice period will still be processed
Full subscription terms will be provided at launch.
