1. Fulfilment
All Mosha products are fulfilled in-house from the United Kingdom by GSPS Rooted LTD.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery Locations & Timeframes
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery within 7 days from dispatch.
International
Estimated delivery within 21 days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped via tracked delivery services.
Carriers are selected based on destination and reliability.
Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.
4. Risk & Responsibility
GSPS Rooted LTD remains responsible for the goods until delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If a customer reports non-receipt:
• We will investigate with the carrier.
• We may request additional information from the customer.
• Replacement or refund will only be considered if carrier error is confirmed.
Each case is assessed individually.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.
If a parcel is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failure to collect
• Refused delivery
• Unpaid customs fees
The customer will be responsible for redelivery fees.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping costs.
6. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
7. Delivery Delays
Delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, weather, or force majeure events do not constitute grounds for refund.
